Red Onion worked closely with the team at Phaidon to create this digital magazine. In the mix were Creative Director Andy Cowles, Editor Mat Smith and Publisher Inca Waddell.
The project was unique as it utilised a double-page cover (both a landscape and portrait version), which is perfect for the online platform – and rarely seen this way.
The feedback internally has been fantastic: Linda Brennan, Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications, based in New York exclaimed: “Love your work! Very proud to be sharing this. Thank you”
Working with the Phaidon digital team, a sliding-image online version was created using the platform Yudu. Jonathan Whale, part of the Phaidon legal team said: “This looks fabulous! Congratulations to everyone involved. It looks great on the iPhone too.”
Ellie Smith, Commissioning Editor, Food said “WELL DONE. It looks bloody brilliant!”
The magazine is for holders of a British Airways American Express Credit card – and this is just a small peak at the design.
